Work

Things we’ve built that are running right now.

Five products we built and still run every day. What each client came to us with, what we built, and what it does now — named, and linked, so you can go and look.

Certification & assessment

Vskills

Built and run by uswww.vskills.in ↗
They came to us with

A certification body with a working store, and no way for anyone to try a test before paying for one. Sign-in was split across the estate, so an account on one site was useless on the next.

We built

The practice-test platform from an empty repo: an authoring system with its own registry of question types, test composition, an import that carried the whole live question bank across, the attempt engine and scoring, a coin ledger, a coupon gateway into the certification store, an admin console and a learner dashboard. One sign-in now works everywhere in the estate.

What it does now

A visitor takes a test without signing up, sees a score, signs up for the answer sheet, earns coins and spends them against a certification. The team authors and publishes without us.

  • Authoring across every question type
  • Bank import from the live estate
  • Attempt engine and scoring
  • Coins that convert to store coupons
  • One sign-in across the whole estate
  • Admin console and learner dashboard

Online learning

Skilr

Built and run by uswww.skilr.in ↗
They came to us with

Courses, plans and tests each lived somewhere different, and anyone paying from outside India saw the wrong price.

We built

A commerce-and-learning site: the course catalogue, subscription plans, free tests, deals, one-tap social sign-in, and pricing that switches to the visitor’s own currency by country — wired to the shared question bank so a test is the same test on either site.

What it does now

Learners buy a course or a plan, sit a free test first, and pay in the currency they actually use.

  • Course and plan commerce
  • Subscriptions
  • Free tests off the shared bank
  • Social sign-in
  • Currency by visitor country
  • Deals and campaigns
Test preparation

TestPrep Training

Built and run by uswww.testpreptraining.ai ↗
They came to us with

A second brand had to grow on the same practice-test content without the two banks quietly drifting apart.

We built

The practice-test store and the bank behind it, with custom modules for how tests are packaged and priced, sharing one question bank with the sister site.

What it does now

One bank of practice tests feeds two storefronts, and a change lands in both at once.

  • Practice-test store
  • Shared question bank
  • Custom packaging and pricing
Floral retail

Sunflower

Built and run by ussunflowerfloralfoam.com ↗
They came to us with

The whole business ran on spreadsheets and phone calls — orders, dealers, invoicing, and the accounts that all of it had to agree with at the end of the month.

We built

The operation end to end, from an empty repo: an API-first core, role-based access, order management and a fulfilment centre, GST-correct invoicing, a dealer portal, business chat for the whole sales floor, notifications, and one shared money library so every rupee agrees across the web, the apps and the accounting sync. The storefront was rebuilt on the same core.

What it does now

Sales, dispatch and accounts work from the same orders, and month-end reconciliation is a report rather than a week.

  • Order management and fulfilment
  • CRM for the sales floor
  • Dealer portal
  • GST-correct invoicing
  • Accounting sync
  • Business chat across the sales floor
  • One money library on every surface

Bookkeeping

CovelBooks

Built and run by uscovel.app ↗
They came to us with

Years of books living in paper and spreadsheets, and a firm’s worth of clients who each needed their own set kept straight.

We built

The product from an empty repo: many companies under one login with plans and billing, bank-statement import with column mapping it remembers, a rules engine that categorises the entries that repeat, an approval step before anything posts, invoices and payments, backups, and assisted categorisation for the ones the rules have not met. An import can be undone as a whole run, not unpicked row by row.

What it does now

A firm imports a statement, reviews what the rules did, approves it and moves on. If the run was wrong, the whole run reverses.

  • Many companies, one login
  • Statement import with saved mapping
  • Categorisation rules
  • Approvals before anything posts
  • Undo a whole import run
  • Invoices, payments and backups
  • Plans and subscription billing
Before all of this

Hundreds of business websites — static and content-managed — for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the Netherlands. Not the technical work above, but the reason we know what a business needs from a site before it needs a system.

Currently taking on Q4 builds

Have an intelligent system to build?

Tell us about the messy bit — the legacy system, the model that won’t behave, the workflow no one wants to own. We’ll come back with a discovery plan inside two business days.
