A founder — not an SDR — reads it and either books a call or politely passes. We pass on ~30% of briefs because we can't help; we'll tell you why and refer where we can.

60-minute discovery
We bring a Director from the relevant practice. We bring 3 sharp questions back. By the end, you have a map of what we'd actually propose.
// Day 7–14
Written proposal
Scope, team shape, milestones, costs, risks, exit criteria. One document. No 60-slide deck. We've published the template — ask and we'll send it.
// Day 14+
Kickoff
If we're a fit, we kick off. Senior people stay on the work; the director on the kickoff is the director on the post-mortem.
